Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
